Returns & Refunds
You can return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, usually reaching your accounts within 3 to 5 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Our refund policy applies only to regular priced items and does not include sale items.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] and post your item to our address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returning Your Item
To return your product, post it to our address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, as they are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
